When will my order ship?

Generally most orders are shipped the next business day.

Payment Types:

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER

Backorders:

1) Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods.

2) All orders will ship complete unless otherwise requested. 

Cancellations:

1)Orders may be cancelled if they are on backorder.

Returns:

1) All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RA) number issued by an authorized DK Concepts LLC representative. Please email: Returns@digitalphotoframecenter.com for an RA number. Product returned without this authorization will be refused. 

2) All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of purchase. Freight charges will not be refunded. 

3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Do NOT write the RA number on the original package. This will make the product ineligible for resale. 

4) Defective product can be returned to DK Concepts LLC within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances. Upon receipt of the return, DK Concepts LLC will credit your account for merchandise costs. 

5) All returns must be returned to DK Concepts LLC freight PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense. 

6) Returns will not be accepted 90 days after sale, regardless of reason. 

Damages:

Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from DK Concepts LLC. You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is detected. Please save all packaging. It must be available for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No damage claims will be accepted for any reason after 10 days of receipt of goods.
